Job Description

You will lead the Family Office's global asset management to optimise portfolio performance, while managing and developing a team of 7. This role will be responsible for refining financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure robust compliance with regulatory requirements. You will deliver accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analytical insights to support strategic decision‑making, while working closely with senior management and external stakeholders to enhance financial performance and strengthen risk management. Effective communication in both English and Cantonese is essential, as the role involves regular engagement with internal teams, external partners. You will also oversee banking and investment firm relationships and continuously monitor financial performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines; CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum of 20 years of work experience in global asset management, investment strategy, and accounting, Family Office experience is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire, coach, and manage teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
