Job Description
- Formulate data strategies to cope with company's vision and improve operation efficiency
- Influence company's decision making with solid data insights
- Lead the data engineering, data science and data analytics disciplines
- Establish a modern technology environment for data technology
- Promote a data driven culture, enabling the organisation to build data advantage
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or any relevant disciplines. Master or PhD is highly preferred.
- 10+ years' experience in end-to-end data solution; experience in the financial services industry is preferred
- 5+ years' experience in team management and coaching
- Familiar with big data technology and advanced analytics
- Strong analytical mindsets and proactive personality
- Excellent communication skills, good command of English and Chinese
