Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy encompassing.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security threats.
  • Define and maintain a Cyber Incident Response Plan, conducting regular drills and simulations to ensure operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership and the Board on the organization's cybersecurity posture and emerging risks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering their growth and development.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of security solutions.



The Successful Applicant

A seasoned cybersecurity professional with 8+ years of experience in IT security, compliance, or risk management, ideally within critical infrastructure or operational technology (OT) environments. Demonstrated experience in defining and enforcing cybersecurity policies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory frameworks. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to translate technical risks into business impacts for non-technical audiences.
