Job Description

As the Head of Cyber Security and Security Architecture, your main responsibilities will include:Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing cyber security team.
  • Define and execute multi-year cyber security strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Drive a solution-oriented culture with a focus on innovation and resilience.



Cyber Security Operations

  • Oversee global cyber security programs including cloud and data center security, vulnerability management, anti-phishing, and incident response.
  • Manage IT and OT network security, application source code security, and threat intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.



Security Architecture

  • Design and implement enterprise-wide security architecture for next-generation systems.
  • Lead architecture modernization initiatives including microservices, API-based platforms, and secure cloud deployments.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to integrate security into digital transformation projects.



Stakeholder Engagement

  • Advise senior leadership on cyber risk, resilience, and strategic investments.
  • Coordinate with global business units to ensure consistent security practices and governance.



The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 18 years of IT experience with at least 10 years in cyber security leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in leading global security teams and large-scale security programs.
  • Strong hands-on technical expertise in:
    • Cloud security (AWS, Azure)
    • Network and infrastructure security
    • Application security and secure SDLC
    • OT/IoT security
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing security architecture for complex enterprise environments.
  • Certifications: CISSP-ISSAP, ISSMP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, TOGAF9, LeSS (Agile).
