Our client is a well known Chinese Financial Services Firm based in Hong Kong.

Job Description

The Head of Cyber Security Management sets strategic goals for cybersecurity programs, ensuring continuous improvement through a maturity evaluation framework. They establish control requirements and a management system to meet governance needs of stakeholders. The role includes advising on control measures, monitoring their effectiveness, and keeping up with cyber threats to improve security. Responsibilities also involve managing team performance, defining roles, and overseeing domains such as Data Security and Incident Management. Furthermore, they guide IT centers in implementing cybersecurity, develop indicators to assess control effectiveness, and regularly update senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with more than 10 years working experience in Cybersecurity/1st LoD exposure.
  • Preferred from Chinese firm background candidate.
  • Certified in CISSP, CISM or CISA is a must.
  • Good command in English and Chinese.
