Job Description

As a Head of Customer Success (SaaS Solution, Payment), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies aligned with regional and global goals.
  • Manage full client lifecycle: onboarding, monitoring, renewals, and upselling.
  • Build strong client relationships, understand operational needs, and coordinate internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor customer and market trends., identify risks, and implement retention strategies.
  • Lead and grow the SEA customer success team, driving performance and collaboration.
  • Analyse customer data to optimize strategies and improve service efficiency.
  • Develop customer success strategies and plans tailored to the SEA market, ensuring alignment with the company's overall overseas business objectives to enhance customer lifetime value and renewal rates.
  • Oversee full life cycle management of SEA clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to elevate satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deeply understand client needs and operational pain points, coordinating internal resources (e.g., product, tech, operations) to deliver customised solutions.
  • Ensure successful adoption of food service SaaS products and tangible business value enhancement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Customer Success (SaaS Solution) should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
  • Proven experience in managing customer success within a SaaS / Fintech / Payment environment.
  • 5+ years in customer success, with 3+ years in Southeast Asia.
  • Experience in restaurant SaaS or tech sectors preferred.
  • Strong data analysis, CRM proficiency, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
