About Our Client

Our client is a European based risk solutions and emergency service provider, they are a market leader in this space with a strong customer service support team to maintain a 24/7 service for their clients. They are currently seeking a experienced candidate to take up a leadership role.

Job Description

  • Act as the person in charge for the call centre based in Hong Kong
  • Monitor the performance of hotlines and to review and update the procedures for both inbound and outbound customer service teams
  • Formulate and provide training on customer service policies, guidelines & SOPs with write-up of templates & scripts
  • Report to the senior management team on performances and provide suggestions

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience with the exposure in managing a large team i.e. over 30 people
  • Adaptable to different urgent scenarios and able to provide timely advises
  • Willing to travel occasionally
  • Experienced in setting SOPs and provide internal presentations
