Job Description


Facilities Management

  • Managing critical services operations, E&M facilities maintenance and property management services
  • Maintaining critical site facilities, building management system in good, safe, reliable and energy efficient working order
  • Driving proactive review on the current preventive maintenance program and implementing projects to enhance current facility reliability
  • Ensuring statutory compliance and governance
  • promote safety culture and conduct proper audit and training to ensure high safety standard and awareness

Crisis management

  • Ensuring timely incident escalation and lead the team to carry out corrective actions
  • Analysis and learn from the incident, with a view to prevent re-occurrence of similar incidents
  • Carrying out post incident review

Vendor Management

  • Guiding continuous improvement of processes
  • Work closely with internal operations and management team
  • Managing performance of vendors and contractors
  • Maintaining strong working relationship with key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 12 year's relevant experience in management critical facilities
  • Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Chartered Building Services Engineer, Chartered Electrical Engineer or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Tier 3 data centre mission critical environment infrastructure
  • In-depth knowledge of data centre operations
  • Experience in data centre Safety and Security measures
  • Strong vendor management experience
