Job Description

As a Head of Corporate Finance, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Proven experience in investor relations, fundraising, corporate finance, or investment banking
  • Demonstrated track record in equity and/or debt fundraising and investor engagement
  • Strong network of institutional investors, strategic investors, PE/VC, or family offices
  • Solid understanding of capital markets, valuation, and financial modelling
  • Experience working closely with CEO/CFO/Board and external advisors
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and investor‑facing skills
  • Ability to independently originate investor opportunities and drive deals end‑to‑end
  • Familiarity with regulatory disclosure and governance (for listed or pre‑IPO companies)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Corporate Finance should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with listed, pre‑IPO, or private fundraising environments preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking.
