Our client is a large group with businesses ranging across different sectors and industries. They are now looking for a Head of Business to head up a business unit for them. Their business is a high-end safety deposit box service provided to B2B and B2C clients. They offer 24 hours' service and high security monitoring for your ideal comfort. They are looking for business professionals within the luxury and high-net worth industry, with large team management experiences.
The Head of Business is an integral position focused in strategic development and bringing the business to the next level. You will be guiding a team of around 20 people including sales, marketing and operations staff. You will be devising business plans that carries the vision and mission of the company. This position will further the brand development in the market and actively build new sales channels and identify opportunities. This position is the leader and representative of the brand in the market.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must be a strong people manager with previous experience in leading large teams. This person needs to have experience selling to high-net worth individuals in a B2B or B2C setting. You must have a proven sales track record and have experience growing a business. My client is looking for someone who is ambitious, with a strong business acumen and have a strategic mindset.
