Job Description

  • Lead and manage teams to ensure all service support for events is executed efficiently and effectively
  • Provide professional advice to internal departments & ensure the delivery of high quality service for existing clients
  • Monitor team operations and ensuring compliance with company requirements and standard
  • Provide training to junior member and growth a strong team of competent staff members
  • Deliver good financial performance for the Team business

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or above in Property Management/Housing Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience in property management
  • Professional Membership of HKIH is required
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • practical and is a good planner
  • Mature, presentable, demonstrating lots of initiative
