About Our Client
My client is one of the largest retail, corporate, and wealth management banks in Asia.
Job Description
- Manage the AML Compliance Department of over 40 AML staff
- Report directly to the head of legal and compliance
- liaise with external regulators on all AML matters
- responsible for communicating with head office on all AML/CFT matters
- ensure day to day AML functions are maintained and rolled out properly
- Responsible for managing the AML governance, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and AML advisory teams
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Law, Accounting and/or related disciplines
- Must have minimum 15 years of core AML experience from bank preferably retail and/or corporate bank
- Must have strong management experience
- Fluent in Chinese and English
