About Our Client

We are partnering with Family Office Developer in Hong Kong. They are looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Manager of Property Management to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations of property management division in Hong Kong & China, ensuring that all properties under our management are well-maintained and profitable.

Job Description

  • Oversee the management of all properties in China (Hong Kong Based)
  • Develop and implement property management strategies and policies
  • Monitor and manage property budgets and financial performance
  • Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and comply with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage a team of property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in the acquisition and disposition of properties as needed
  • Ensure that all property management activities are in line with the company's mission, values, and goals
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by Top Management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field
  • Professional membership of HKIH, RPH etc
  • 12+ years of experience in property management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in Asia Pacific Portfolios
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful property management strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Frequency Travel is required
