Job Description

  • Oversee global shipping teams across multiple regions
  • Streamline and automate processes for a control‑tower operating model
  • Optimise freight operations, cost efficiency, and distributor visibility
  • Build a packaging optimisation program for cost savings and sustainability
  • Lead global traceability digitisation, labelling compliance, and RFID strategy
  • Drive sourcing‑related trade compliance, SOPs, and global standards
  • Lead or support strategic last‑mile projects across regions
  • Collaborate with senior global leaders on roadmaps, business cases, and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • 15+ years of senior operations/logistics leadership in global organisations with global logistics experience
  • Proven experience leading multi‑regional or global teams
  • Experience in sourcing, logistics, planning, master data, and Power BI
  • Strong people leadership and the ability to influence in a matrix environment
  • Track record of large‑scale change management
  • Strategic mindset with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves execution style
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement
  • Fluent across Chinese and English
