About Our Client
Our client is a well-established online investment trading institution. They have been set up for 25+ years with 800,000 active users globally. It provides different investment products across global markets. To expand their business in HK, they are now looking for Private Sales who is energetic and aggressive with client servicing experience/ sales track record in the financial institution.
Job Description
- Make cold calls to expand new or potential client base and prompt follow up with clients
- Bring in and maintain relationships with individual clients, especially high-net-worth clients
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss investment needs
- Attend company's business events and seminars
The Successful Applicant
- University degree or above with at least 2-3 years experience of customer service/ client-facing in the financial institution
- Holder of SFC Type 1,2 and 3 or willing to take the exam right after on board
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- Customer service-oriented, confident and ambitious
- Strong product knowledge in FX, Futures, Options, Stocks, Bonds
