About Our Client
Our client is a global leading fintech company with mainly crypto currency trading business. It has been growing massively in recent years globally. It has offices several locations in Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
The main responsibility of this position is to manage and develop company's global customer service and support function, in order to create an effective, efficient and flexible customer support and service operation for clients. This position will also be responsible for defining SOP and implement strategy according to company's global direction and specific compliance. This person will be working closely internally with product teams, operation teams and local staff to increase quality and efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will need to be passionate in the fintech and crypto currency industry, with the ambition to grow. This person needs to have 8-10 years experience in customer success, including intensive experience in digital platform as large team leader (team size should be at least 30 people). Global exposure is a must and background knowledge in finance or e-commerce industries will be an advantage. This person needs to be energetic, hard working and has solid track record in performance optimisation and results.
