Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational success in the energy and home appliance industry
  • Oversee company operation, establishing strong collaboration and partnership with suppliers.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet organisational goals.
  • Manage and mentor teams, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to maintain business continuity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation

The Successful Applicant

A successful General Manager should have:

  • Proven experience within the kitchen appliance industry.
