Our client is a reputable global firm specialising in investment immigration solutions, providing residency and citizenship programmes to B2B partners, corporations, and professional intermediaries. The organisation is led by two experienced immigration lawyers who are deeply involved in strategy, quality assurance, and client service delivery. With a growing presence across Asia and a structure that includes sales, legal support, project management, content creation, and administrative teams, the company is now seeking a strong regional leader to bring cohesion, performance excellence, and enhanced operational efficiency across multiple offices.

Job Description

As the General Manager for the Asia region, you will lead and oversee a diverse team of nine members across China and Vietnam- including sales, legal support, project coordination, content administration, and creative production- while partnering closely with the Hong Kong leadership team. You will be responsible for driving regional KPIs, improving operational workflows, strengthening cross‑border collaboration, and ensuring consistent execution of client and partner deliverables. The role involves regular engagement with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and Vietnam, and frequent travel across the region is required to provide leadership visibility, support onsite operations, and ensure cohesive team performance. You will work directly with the firm's senior founders, balancing high‑level strategy with practical, day‑to‑day execution. You will also collaborate with an external consultant who supports ongoing talent development.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in regional operations, sales management, or professional services leadership- ideally within consulting, investment migration, financial services, or other B2B environments. You should be confident managing cross‑border teams, capable of working independently, and comfortable partnering directly with senior founders. Strong English and Chinese communication skills, a proactive and solutions‑driven mindset, and the ability to manage both strategy and execution are essential. Experience supporting multicultural teams or leading distributed service functions will be a strong advantage.
