You will be responsible for driving regional KPIs, improving operational workflows, strengthening cross‑border collaboration, and ensuring consistent execution of client and partner deliverables. The role involves regular engagement with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and Vietnam, and frequent travel across the region is required to provide leadership visibility, support onsite operations, and ensure cohesive team performance. You will work directly with the firm's senior founders, balancing high‑level strategy with practical, day‑to‑day execution. You will also collaborate with an external consultant who supports ongoing talent development.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will bring strong experience in regional operations, sales management, or professional services leadership- ideally within consulting, investment migration, financial services, or other B2B environments. You should be confident managing cross‑border teams, capable of working independently, and comfortable partnering directly with senior founders. Strong English and Chinese communication skills, a proactive and solutions‑driven mindset, and the ability to manage both strategy and execution are essential.
