The company has a vision to extend a group level strategy and involved health, beauty and wellness related projects. They are currently looking for a General Manager to drive the business initiative across APAC region.

Job Description

The General Manager will take the lead to develop and implement wellness initiatives to drive the growth of the wellness business across the region. You will develop an innovative business plan to develop sales and marketing strategies, tactics and action plans. You will develop strategic partnership with out-sourcing wellness service providers, vendors or partners to enhance the best wellness program offerings. You will pro-actively scans the market & researches market trends to leverage wellness program innovations & profitability target. You will establish a group wide and effective performance evaluation program to enhance the consistency of the service delivery and customer experience. You will be reporting to corporate head quarter of the group.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in 10+ years leadership role in Health, Beauty or wellness related business.
  • Candidate with hospitality background is a plus.
  • Strong corporate strategic and commercial mindset
  • Good sense of wellness market trends and business acumen with strategic mindset
  • Strong leadership skill with excellent team spirit
  • Demonstrate creativity and pro-activeness in challenging traditional view and proposing new solutions
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
