Job Description

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract premier tenants, maximise occupancy, and optimise revenue.
  • Oversee all aspects of tenant relations, from lease negotiations to space planning and tenant fit-outs.
  • Lead pre-opening activities for new mall developments, ensuring all operational aspects are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports using data analysis tools to stakeholders and management.
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining a superior shopping experience for visitors.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional strategies that enhance mall profitability and brand image.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in property management or real estate agencies.
  • Advantageous to have experience in pre-opening projects in Mainland China.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a profound market sense
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written). Preference for candidates fluent in Mandarin.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market changes.
  • High level of initiative with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively across various departments.
