Job Description

  • To support the Programme team in developing strategies that nurture participating companies, ensuring their success throughout the Programme period.
  • Partner with the team to create and implement initiatives that enhance the growth and success of companies within the project.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing ongoing support and monitoring to ensure Programme effectiveness and success.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders throughout the entire Programme process, including application, admission, and subsidy reimbursement.
  • Collect, verify, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of documents submitted by Programme applicants.
  • Organize and facilitate due diligence meetings, admission, and assessment meetings with applicants and stakeholders.
  • Handle inquiries related to the Programme and provide comprehensive responses to stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute a variety of engagement events, including marketing promotions, networking activities, and training sessions for Programme companies.
  • Produce and maintain a comprehensive database of Programme-related information, including minutes, statistics, and regular reports to update management on overall Programme status.
  • Assist in tracking and evaluating the success of initiatives, utilizing metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management to support Programme goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Graduate from Business Administration, Communication, Public Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in Fund management, operation, along with strong coordination.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset; capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Skilled in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
  • Experience in programme management, preferably from Private Equity or Venture Capital contexts.
