Job Description

  • Work closely with business analysts to translate business needs into technical plans.
  • Analyse workflows, systems, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Convert business requirements into structured, actionable technical solutions.
  • Deliver Customer Digital Platform features such as eService, Chatbot, and Voicebot.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and Group Office teams.
  • Support stakeholders by offering technical guidance and solution insights.
  • Participate in end-to-end solution design, development, and implementation.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and frameworks like NodeJS and ReactJS.
  • Skilled in frontend, backend, and mobile development environments.
  • Experience in NodeJS or Java Spring Boot or C# is required.
  • Familiar with Azure services: Logic Apps, ADF, and Function App.
  • Exposure to AI/ML or PoC development is a plus.
  • Azure certifications or large-scale system experience is advantageous.
  • Strong requirement-gathering and documentation capabilities.
  • Able to resolve technical challenges across multiple development tracks.
  • Comfortable coordinating with regional and local IT teams.
