The Hong Kong Representative Office serves as a key regional hub, supporting Front Office, Treasury, Risk Management, and Technology functions. The environment is collaborative, multicultural, and highly professional, offering exposure to complex financial products and modern banking technologies.

Job Description

  • Analyse business processes, capture requirements, and document workflows to support automation and operational efficiency.
  • Configure and customise Front Arena and develop small to medium-sized departmental tools, interfaces, and web-based services.
  • Provide production support for business applications, ensuring adherence to governance standards including documentation, version control, testing, and change management.
  • Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure system integration, design standards, and change processes are followed.
  • Monitor technology trends relevant to trading and banking, contributing insights to the technology strategy.
  • Support internally developed or externally provided departmental applications, ensuring ongoing stability and usage effectiveness.
  • Participate in or lead project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of recent experience as a Business Analyst / Developer working with FIS Front Arena (Cross-Asset Trading & Risk Platform).
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments and how they integrate into Treasury, Front Office, and Risk Management processes.
  • Solid knowledge of business workflows related to trading, risk, back office operations, records management, settlements, and financial messaging.
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments and familiarity with agile principles.
  • Ability to learn beyond current expertise and produce clear technical and user documentation in English.
