Job Description

As an FP&A Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Analyzing financial performance and preparing detailed management reports.
  • Providing strategic insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business goals.
  • Monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Leading and mentoring the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Supporting ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes in the retail/FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights.
