About Our Client
Our client is a conglomerate in providing rental and leasing to Hong Kong and other regions. They are now hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager is hiring to provide insight to the business.
Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you are responsible for:
- Compiling KPIs analysis and participating in forecast and budget planning process.
- Preparing and reviewing 5-year budget plan.
- Performing budget and forecast on P&L (revenue, sales, etc.), cash flow and B/S items.
- Providing financial planning & analysis support for new initiatives and drafting recommendations.
- Preparing and reviewing the report pack and board paper, and presenting to the executives and shareholders in board meeting.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or relevant disciplines.
- Professional qualification of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years experience in financial planning and analysis with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Good command of verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, English and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of FLEX is a plus.
