About Our Client

Our client is a sizeable energy company with a large finance team, providing great exposure and training opportunities.

Job Description

  • Develop and deliver financial reports and insights to analyze budget performance, identify variances, and track progress against financial goals.
  • Oversee comprehensive project financial management, including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring.
  • Communicating project status to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Resolving any issues and solving problems throughout the project life cycle.
  • Work in tandem with project managers and finance teams to identify risks, optimize cost control, and meet key performance indicators.
  • Prepare documentation such as meeting summaries, sales performance reports, monthly financial summaries, ESG disclosures, corporate presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Collaborate with project teams to oversee capital expenditure, prepare financial proposals, and ensure project milestones are on schedule.
  • Ad hoc support

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Big 4 trained is preferred
  • Strong business partnering, financial reporting and project experience is preferred
  • Strong understanding of project financial management principles.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluent Putonghua.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel overseas for projects
