About Our Client

Our client is a leading media company in HK, with headquarters in overseas. They are rapidly expanding and looking for an experienced Finance Manager/ Senior Finance Manager to join them.

Job Description

  • Review the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals to maintain the integrity of financial records.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to analyze variances and provide explanations for monthly financial results.
  • Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with other business units.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular financial reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Participate in internal and external financial audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Continuously assess and enhance financial processes, systems, and controls to drive efficiency and accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines.
  • Qualified Accountant
  • A Minimum of 5 years of all-rounded accounting and finance experience in a sizable company
  • Good presentation skills and communication skills to act as a business partner and maintain good relationship with internal and external party
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, analytical and detail-minded
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantones
