The ideal candidate should have Fixed Income product knowledge and trade execution experience.

Job Description

  • Support trade execution and booking of fixed income products, including cash bonds, structured products, and derivatives.
  • Provide real-time assistance via trade chat and coordinate with operations to resolve post-trade and settlement issues.
  • Facilitate client onboarding and KYC processes, including documentation and account setup.
  • Prepare and maintain sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support pricing, product structuring, and client engagement.
  • Track client requests, monitor outstanding items, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist with performance tracking, management information (MI) reporting, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with trading, structuring, risk, compliance, and middle office teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects such as system testing, data management, and process enhancements.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial markets, ideally in fixed income, derivatives, or sales support.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel required. Familiarity with Bloomberg, Access, or other financial systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong client-service orientation with effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
