About Our Client

Our client is a sizeable financial service company located in Hong Kong Island. They are currently actively hiring for a help desk support candidate. Candidate who worked as a help desk support with minimum 1 year experience or above will be welcome. You will be under the IT team, communication skill is essential for collaboration within the team.

Job Description

  • First level help desk support
  • Handling general PC hardware and application support mainly for in-house users
  • Supporting Windows, Office 365, Applications , Mails, Video conferencing system etc
  • End user applications
  • Assist with any ad hoc projects when needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or above holders in Computer science or related subjects
  • Previously handled smart phone, Window OS and MS-office 365 services will be a plus
  • Able to communication and work as a team player
  • Willing to speak Putonghua and English
