Job Description

  • Collaborate with project teams to identify business needs, define project scope, and ensure deliverables are aligned with Group programme objectives
  • Lead and perform regulatory reporting control assessments, identify gaps, and implement enhancement initiatives
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with internal governance standards
  • Ensure full financial compliance with the Banking Ordinance, HKMA Supervisory Policy Manuals (SPMs), and other regulatory guidelines
  • Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and external disclosures
  • Assist in delivering internal management reports and financial data to senior management and key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related disciplines
  • Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting within banking, or relevant audit experience from Big 4 / financial institutions
  • Solid knowledge of HKMA regulatory requirements, Banking Ordinance, and financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred)
