Its main services are to provide personal banking service, commercial banking, wealth management to individuals or companies. They are currently hiring for a Financial Management Manager and the department is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, support in relationship management with global/ regional/ country finance.

Job Description



  • Financial Management: Assist in comprehensive financial planning, management, tracking, and reporting in collaboration with Global, Regional, and Country Finance teams.


  • Governance: Support the development and implementation of effective governance frameworks, ensuring robust documentation and management controls are in place.


  • Quality Delivery: Consistently produce high-quality, concise outputs suitable for executives, senior management, and external stakeholders (including regulators), even under pressure.


  • Strategic Support: Aid in the execution of strategic programs and initiatives led by the Hong Kong COO and CAO.


  • Service Performance Management: Support the management of services delivered to the business by establishing appropriate benchmarks, metrics, and reporting on their efficiency, effectiveness, and overall success.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • Good working experience in financial budgeting/ reporting/ governance support/ relationship management
  • Strong numerical and computer skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good command in English and Chinese
