This role will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of property portfolio in Hong Kong.

Job Description



  • Develop and execute financial strategies for the Hong Kong property portfolio.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Oversee financial audits and tax filings related to the property assets.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment strategies for the Hong Kong property assets.
  • Optimize working capital and financing arrangements to support property operations.
  • Communicate financial performance and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with CPA professional qualifaction.
  • Proven commerical experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in the HK property sector, with solid Big 4 background
  • In-depth knowledge of property market and asset management.
  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
