Job Description

  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of financial reports in compliance with listing rules, IFRS
  • Evaluate and execute M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments, including financial modeling, valuations, and scenario analysis.
  • Support strategy development at E‑board level, implementation of business strategies, and making financial decisions aligned with group policy.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, financial systems, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project management to strengthen back-end systems and controls.
  • Manage treasury policies and mitigate FX, interest‑rate, and counterparty risks.
  • Support investor relations-earnings calls, roadshows, communications.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.); CPA, ACCA, FCCA, or equivalent required.
  • At least 7-15 years in finance roles, including 3+ years in management and direct experience in a Hong Kong-listed company. BIG4 Audit experiences preferred
  • Deep understanding of HKEX rules
  • Financial modeling, valuation, cost analysis, and treasury risk management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with Cantonese considered a plus.
