Job Description

  • Investigate and resolve incidents reported by business users across Banking applications.
  • Coordinate with internal IT and Banking teams to manage and resolve major incidents.
  • Provide timely updates and communication to business stakeholders.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and share knowledge within the support team.
  • Participate in system enhancement initiatives as a developer or business analyst.
  • Ensuring optimal system performance through regular maintenance
  • Training users on the proper use of hardware and software

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role within a financial institution.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenLink Findur/Endur or other major trading platforms.
  • Familiarity with GoldenSource or similar enterprise data management systems.
  • Solid understanding of banking operations and financial systems.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks.
  • Trading System Support is strongly preferred.
  • Native English is a must
