Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
  • Preparing and analysing financial reports to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Overseeing accounting operations and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and improving financial performance.
  • Leading internal audits and implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Supervising and mentoring the accounting team to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local regulations.
  • Experience in SAP system is an advantage
  • Experience in Big 4 audit is a plus
  • Experience in MNC is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
