Job Description

  • Overseeing all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the SEA and US markets.
  • Managing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Leading and mentoring the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.
  • Liaising with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Leading and mentoring finance team members to achieve departmental targets.
  • Supporting senior management with strategic decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
