About Our Client
Our client is a sizeable and stable company engaged in property development in Hong Kong, we are looking for candidate who has exposure in property construction project in Hong Kong.
Job Description
- A leader role for guiding and supervising finance & accounting function of the company
- Directly report to CEO
- Manage the all-rounded financial function
- Work as a finance Business Partner for business solution and build financial models for new business
- handle cash flow analysis & forecast as well as funds flow and capital utilisation
- Communicate with external parties
- Responsible for all taxation related job
- Review internal operation process to strengthen internal cost control
- Write up the standard of procedures ("SOP") of the accounting routines
- Participate proactively in the strategic planning and decision process of the brand
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
- Professional qualification of HKICPA or ACCA
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in auditing and/or accounting
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills, good team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
