Our client is a property developer in Hong Kong with long history

Job Description

  • Oversees all accounting functions of several of the company's foreign holdings
  • Review management accounts performed by team members
  • Provide support to the Department Head in relation to leasing matters and property management issues
  • Tax - Play a key role in reviewing all tax matters, including value added tax, corporation tax, capital gain tax, etc
  • Cashflow and treasury management - Responsible for cashflow management and funding request and prepare for all bank compliance and bank queries if any
  • Review consolidation reports and management reports provided to management and corporate department
  • Ensure internal controls are adequate and functioning properly
  • Perform ad hoc assignments and play active role in any corporate exercises as required

The Successful Applicant

  • University Degree with a professional accounting qualification
  • 5-10 years of solid accounting experience is preferred
  • Self-motivated, good organisation skills and able to multi-task
  • Good communication skills, fluent in both English & Chinese
