About Our Client

Our client is a sizable HK-listed blue chip company with a large finance team that provides great regional exposure and learning, they are rapidly expanding and hiring a new headcount for the Finance Manager.

Job Description

  • Operate from the corporate headquarters and collaborate effectively with finance teams both locally in Hong Kong and internationally.
  • Take charge of directing the group's accounting practices, focusing on continuous improvement of processes and the establishment of robust internal controls to maintain a uniform financial and managerial reporting structure across the organization.
  • Manage the consolidation process for group reports efficiently.
  • Engage closely with auditors to streamline statutory audits and facilitate tax filings.
  • Undertake and manage various ad-hoc assignments as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Hold a degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field, with professional accounting qualifications.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of consolidation and accounting operations experience at commercial and audit firm experience
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders to realize company objectives.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability, capable of working independently and under pressure.
  • Display fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
  • Experience in using SAP would be a plus
