Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and overseeing all accounting and finance operations related
  • Performing daily accounting operation including consolidation, payments and invoice preparation
  • Preparing annual and interim statements
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows.
  • Monitoring cash flow and managing budgets to align with business goals.
  • Providing strategic financial insights to senior management.
  • Coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the accounting and finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Big 4 and List Co are a must
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
