Job Description

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all finance, accounting, and tax-related functions across the Group's global operations.

  • Prepare and review management and statutory accounts, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets
  • Monitor the financial performance of subsidiaries and joint ventures across multiple regions, review operating results and ensure timely and accurate reporting packages
  • Review payment documents and financial records, and provide advisory support to related entities, evaluate projects and advise on financial implications of business decisions
  • Contribute to the Group's tax strategy-maximizing tax efficiency while minimizing risk, analyze changes in Hong Kong and international tax laws and financial reporting standards
  • Monitor business processes and advises on necessary changes to systems and internal guidelines to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
  • Handle special assignments such as M&A transaction analysis, corporate structure reviews, reorganizations, and tax planning initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager - Overseas JV should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation with Big 4 and MNCs or large-scale organizations
  • Experience in managing JVs or cross-border financial operations
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
