Job Description

  • Manage full set of accounts for assigned entities, including month-end and year-end closing
  • Prepare group management accounts and perform financial consolidation across multiple entities
  • Handle intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and variance analysis
  • Ensure accurate and timely group financial reporting in compliance with HKFRS
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management at both entity and group levels
  • Prepare statutory accounts and support audit and tax filings
  • Oversee AP/AR, general ledger, and payroll
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting processes
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and external parties
  • Partner with business stakeholders and senior management to provide financial analysis and insights
  • Support system enhancement and finance process improvement initiatives



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • CPA / ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience
  • Solid experience in group consolidation and multi-entity reporting
  • Audit experience (Big 4 or sizable accounting firms) is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HKFRS and Hong Kong statutory and tax requirements
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders
