Job Description

As a Management Trainee (Fin),' your main responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in a comprehensive training program to gain industry knowledge.
  • Assisting the Accounting & Finance department with day-to-day operations.
  • Applying the learned skills in a real-world setting.
  • Contributing to problem-solving and decision-making processes.
  • Engaging in continuous learning and professional development.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Trainee (Fin)' should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1 year experience in Finance field.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese.

What's on Offer

  • A competitive salary range of approximately HKD 237,600 to HKD 290,400 per annum.
  • Comprehensive training program in Finance and directly reports to CFO.
