About Our Client

The company is a large, high-market-value enterprise with a complex business structure. It is also aggressively expanding its operations into international markets.

Job Description

1. Lead the finance team in delivering accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reports and statements, ensuring high submission rates and data accuracy in line with group management requirements.
2. Oversee the accurate completion of performance announcements.
3. Manage the semi-annual review and annual audit processes, ensuring comprehensive financial disclosures in the semi-annual and annual reports.
4. Complete monthly forecasts for non-optical profit tax and track any discrepancies between actual results and forecasts.
5. Drive continuous improvement by implementing initiatives to optimize reporting processes and enhance team efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

1. A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Strong proficiency in cost accounting and financial reporting analysis principles and methodologies.
3. Experience at one of the Big Four accounting firms.
4. Client-side experience with Hong Kong-listed companies, or those in manufacturing, technology, or similar industries is a plus.
5. Advanced proficiency in Office applications and basic knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.
6. CPA or ACCA qualifications are preferred.
7. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to thrive in an international environment while being well-versed in mainland Chinese culture and work practices. Skilled in balancing and transitioning between both.
