The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations, with a primary focus on GP finance, entity management, entity structures, transaction processing, fund finance, cross-border taxation, and corporate-level transaction structuring.

About Our Client

Our Client is a prominent and expanding Fund Management Company.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the financial activities of the GP Fund
  • Oversee financial operations for both new and existing entities
  • Develop and implement entity structures to optimize financial performance
  • Ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing
  • Provide strategic guidance and support for fund operations
  • Manage and mitigate cross-border tax implications related to financial operations
  • Collaborate with international key stakeholders to structure corporate-level transactions effectively



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field with professional accounting qualification (CFA, CPA or FRM etc)
  • 10-15 years of work experience gained from Big 4 and fund industry, with finance leadership role within Private Equity, Venture Capital, CVC, Family Office, Asset Management Company etc
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve financial objectives
  • Occasional travelling required
