About Our Client
My client delivers technology-driven solutions to empower the global energy industry
Manage and oversee all Chinese Joint Venture and WFOE financial activities including the day to day
accounting, operational analysis, cost accounting, financial planning and payroll, VAT and tax
Ensure all financial controls are adequate, adhere to Corporate SOX requirements and follow
Corporate Polices and Procedures.
Ensure the accounts are maintained in accordance with PRC GAAP, the management reports are in
accordance with US GAAP and that the difference between the two is reconciled monthly.
Provide strategic business support and analysis to senior management on significant capital
investments and other key operating decisions.
Act as a liaison between the Finance teams in China, regional headquarter in Singapore, and
Corporate headquarter in USA
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields (e.g. accounting, finance, MBA) and CPA certification in
Minimum 10 to 12 years experience in business finance, preferably with oilfield industry background
and preferably currently in a senior or similar financial position.
Public accounting background with a "Big 4" company and preferably more than 5 years auditing
and tax experience.
Be proactive at work; Emphasis on work efficiency effects with justice; Have strong sense of
responsibility and team-work spirit.
