Job Description

  • Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Leading and mentoring the finance team to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Developing and implementing robust financial controls and risk management strategies.
  • Monitoring industry trends and providing insights to support long-term financial planning.
  • Presenting financial performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification such as HKICPA, CPA, ACCA.
  • At least 20 years of relevant all rounded accounting and finance experience.
  • Extensive experience in financial management within the industrial or manufacturing sector is a must.
  • Candidates with a Big 4 audit background is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams effectively in various locations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
