Job Description

  • Report to the Managing Director and act as a Business Partner both internally and externally
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies to support business objectives
  • Overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely information for decision-making
  • Evaluate and originate new business investment opportunities in the market that align with long term objectives
  • Establishing and maintaining robust risk management frameworks and processes
  • Identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks to protect the organization's assets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall business strategy
  • Leading financial audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing strategic advice to senior management on financial and risk-related matters
  • Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and systems

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent
  • At least a total 20-25 years of progressive relevant experience
  • Proven expertise in financial management in sizeable organisations with a strong career progression track record in previous career history
  • Demonstrate executive level presence combined with the ability to work people at all levels
  • Exceptional leadership and strategic decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
  • Language in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
