The successful candidate will participate in the decision-making process for the company's major financial and business operational issues. He/ she will be based in a SEA country and will be provided with accommodation allowance.

About Our Client

Our client is a renowned investment company dedicated to the RE & Construction business

Job Description

  • Guide the finance department in formulating the company's financial policies and financial systems, and supervise their implementation
  • Support the preparation of annual cash receipts and payments plan, credit plan, and formulate fund-raising plan
  • Oversee all operations across financial budgeting and cost accounting
  • Formulate and manage tax policies and procedures
  • Fully responsible for the company's financing duties, handle relationship management with financial institutions.
  • Be responsible for the organization, management, and employee performance management of the finance department

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with at least 10 years of working experience, preferably from the Construction business
  • Solid knowledge across financial management, legal compliance and investment market
  • Self-motivated and have good communication skills (must be able to speak both Chinese and English)
  • Open minded and can work with high flexibility
