Finance Business Partner

This Finance Leader will lead a team of 6 to partner closely with commercial and operational teams to strengthen P&L performance and support business growth. This role oversees all budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and financial planning processes, providing insights that improve margin, operational efficiency, and cost discipline. As a strategic business partner, the Finance Leader will embed financial and operational KPIs into decision-making, guide investment analysis, and ensure effective resource allocation. The role also leads financial operations and transformation initiatives, driving process standardization, digital enablement, and simplification to support scalable and efficient operations. It ensures strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, audit standards, and risk management frameworks, including credit governance and policy adherence. Last not but least, the Finance Leader will advise senior leadership on performance, risks, and future financial implications while developing and mentoring a high-performing finance team capable of supporting a complex regional engineering and distribution business.
